This Refund Policy explains how subscription fees and related charges are handled for TradeBase. By subscribing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription nature

TradeBase provides access to software, dashboards, and informational trading signals. Fees grant access for the billing period you select (monthly or annual). We do not guarantee trading profits; outcomes depend on market conditions and your own decisions.

3. Cooling-off & eligibility

If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access paid features after a successful payment, contact support@tradebase.live within 14 days of the charge with your account email and payment reference. We review each case individually.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is resolved.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of TradeBase after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
